How do I request a settlement letter or payment in full letter?

When a consumer is ready to request a collection agency letter that shows they have met their obligations to pay off a debt, they can visit the Consumer Help Website and click on the confirmation letter button on the left side of the screen. The consumer will then be taken to a page where they will be required to fill out a form to request the collection agency letter. Consumers are asked to provide as much information as possible to expedite the letter request process. A consumer will be asked to provide their first and last name, the company they work for (if applicable), address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address. Consumers will also be asked to provide a previous mailing address and other information, such as an NCO Account Number, creditor name, and whether or not you received a letter before. If the consumer has any other questions or comments, there is a comment window.

How do I get to the point when I can request a payment in full letter?

Consumers can receive a collection agency letter stating payment in full when they have paid their debt. NCO Financial Systems, Inc.'s consumer help website makes it easy for consumers to find information in order to pay their bill online. A consumer may have received a collection agency letter in the mail containing a web access code. The consumer must use this code to register to pay their bill online. If the consumer did not receive a collection agency letter in the mail containing a web registration ID, they can call 800-709-8676 to receive additional information on how to obtain a web access code.

Collection Agency LetterWhen consumers register online, they need to make sure the web access code is entered exactly as it appears on the collection agency letter they received; capitalize all letters; make sure the user name they create does not contain spaces, hyphens or any other punctuation; and that the password has at least 6 characters and contains both letters and numbers.
