I would like to take the opportunity to recognize your Compliance Auditor, Amanda, for her excellent customer service. Today I spoke to Amanda who not only requested a letter be mailed to me; she advised she would fax me a copy of the letter within the hour. I was thrilled to see the letter waiting for me on the fax machine so I could put this ongoing annoyance behind me.
